Dangerous

Worship: (as defined by Mark Labberton in his book The Dangerous Act of Worship)

"The dangerous act of waking up to God and to the purposes of God in the world, and then living lives that actually show it."

How do you worship?

My definition of worship is written out in one of my favorite songs...

Turn your eyes upon Jesus,
Look full in His wonderful face,
And the things of earth will grow strangely dim,
In the light of His glory and grace.

The more we focus on Him, the more He's all we see, and the more our lives reflect Him.

JD- I love that song. In fact, reading the words right now brought tears to my eyes. Those simple words hold such deep meaning. Thank you for sharing.
